Modify shipping address or phone number
In case you want to change the shipping address or phone number of the order which you’ve recently placed. Please write to us at email@example.com within the first 4 hours of order confirmation keeping the subject as “MODIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER”. Also, include your order ID, current address / phone number, and the modifying address / phone number. After the first 4 hours, it will not be updated / changed.

Received a damaged / defective product
In case the product that you have received is damaged or defective, we request you to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of product delivery keeping the subject as “DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT”. Please attach an image & video of the damaged / defective product in the mail.
We request you to keep the product unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. We’ll arrange a reverse pick up here, it’s mandatory for you to keep the return receipt for future reference. Once the product reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be performed. If the product fulfills our criteria of damaged or defective product a refund / store credit will be initiated here.
Not satisfied with the product
In case the product you received is not what you were looking for or doesn’t fulfill your satisfaction, we request you to write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of product delivery. We’ll initiate a reverse pickup for the same.
We request you to keep the product unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Once it reaches our warehouse, a quality check will be done - if the product passes the quality check, we’ll initiate your refund.
In case you want to cancel your order which you’ve recently placed, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 12 hours of the order confirmation keeping the subject as “CANCELLATION”. Please include your order ID, email address & phone number in the mail. After the first 12 hours of order confirmation, the order will not be cancelled.
It takes 7-10 business days (Mon- Fri) to reflect the refund amount in your account after it passes the quality check at the warehouse. If you don’t receive the refund in 7-10 days, please or write to us at email@example.com keeping the subject as “REFUND”.
It takes 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) to arrange the reverse pick up. Once the product is picked up a return receipt will be handed to you. Please keep the receipt with you for future reference. In case it isn’t picked up within 2-5 business days please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org keeping the subject as “REVERSE PICKUP”. It takes 10-12 days for the picked-up products to reach our warehouse.
The Company may use a third-party as a payment gateway. The Company disclaims any and all liability accruing to you as a result of any fraud, misuse and/or duplicate transactions arising thereto.
